THE ORGANIZATION
At Our City’s Outreach we have a uniquely collaborative, therapeutic intervention model that provides our benefactors with the support and resources necessary for achieving those desired outcomes.
Our City's Outreach provides homeless and at-risk veterans with transitional housing options that offer supplemental support services such as P.T.S.D. counseling, substance-abuse treatment, job placement and vocational training. We believe these supplemental support services are exactly what our residents need in order to regain the independent, self-sufficient living skills and reintegrate back into the community as a productive members of society.

Many of the veterans currently living on the streets need more than just a roof over their head, a hot meal, and a pat on their back. They need some real inspiration, guidance, and purpose. That is what we believe, and the first step begins with a plan. A personalized assessment, directed by a respected, certified leader of their community, with compassion, empathy, consideration, and familiarity with the adversities and sacrifices of military service.
